Refund policy

1.⁠ ⁠14-day policy: Returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
2.⁠ ⁠Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
3.⁠ ⁠Courier policy: Packages cannot be opened while the courier waits; first accept delivery, then request a return/exchange.
4.⁠ ⁠Size exchange: Order the correct size separately, notify us with your new order number, and swap items when the courier arrives (within 3-2 working days).
5.⁠ ⁠Inspection: Items must be in resalable condition; we may reject returns if conditions aren't met.
6.⁠ ⁠Refunds: Issued to original payment method after item inspection.
